1.What is our photography style?

Our approach is documental and artistic. We are passionate about capturing the authenticity of moments as they unfold, with minimal intervention. During the couple’s session, we will guide you naturally so you feel relaxed; if you connected with our portfolio, you can trust that we will achieve authentic and spontaneous photos.

2. How many photos are included and in what format?

We guarantee a minimum of 50 photographs per hour of coverage. We deliver all selected and edited images (light and color adjustments) in high resolution and without watermarks, through a private digital gallery perfect for sharing and downloading.

3.How long does it take to deliver our material?

We know how exciting this is. The final photographs are delivered within a maximum of 30 days, while the video has a delivery time of up to 60 days.

4. When is the best time for our beach photo session?

We recommend having the couple’s session during the “Golden Hour” (approximately one hour before sunset). In this coastal area, the light is softer, more romantic, and more flattering, avoiding the extreme heat and harsh shadows of midday.

5. What happens if the weather is unfavorable?

As local photographers in Puerto Vallarta, we are well-accustomed to the tropical climate. If it rains or there are strong winds, we always have an alternative plan: we make use of the hotel’s architecture or charming indoor spaces. Our priority is for you to keep enjoying yourselves while we adapt our creativity to the environment.

6. Do you offer "Trash the Dress" or Post-wedding sessions?

We love them! It is the ideal opportunity to create artistic and editorial photos without the pressure of the wedding day itinerary. We can get into the ocean, explore pristine beaches, or local jungles a day after the event, when there is no longer a concern about getting the dress dirty.

7. How are permits or hotel "Vendor Fees" handled?

Some resorts in the area require an access fee for outside vendors. In these cases, the cost is covered by the client. We can advise you on the process or suggest alternative locations to avoid any setbacks.

8. Do you travel to other destinations outside of Puerto Vallarta?

Absolutely! We document stories throughout Mexico and abroad. If your wedding is at another beach or city, tell us about your idea; travel expenses are quoted separately according to the destination to maintain budget transparency.

9. How long does the photo session take during the event?

We want you to live your wedding to the fullest. We usually dedicate about 20 minutes for family photos and 30 to 40 minutes for the couple’s session. The rest of the time we work in a documentary style, capturing the celebration without interrupting the natural flow of the day.

10. How far in advance should we book?

Ideally, you should book between 8 to 12 months in advance, especially if your wedding is on a Saturday or during high season (November to May). However, you can always write to us to check last-minute availability.

11. What is the booking process and payment methods?

It is very simple: once you have chosen your package, we send a digital contract and a 10% deposit is required to save the date. The remaining balance is settled before the event. We accept bank transfers, cash, and card payments.

12. Can we share ideas or references with you?

Of course! We love knowing your vision. We can coordinate a video call before the big day to align expectations, share references, and ensure that every detail important to you is documented under our style.
